Before publishing the Privacy Policy, provide the operating legal entity and jurisdiction, a privacy contact, exact server log and IP-retention periods, hosting location, database backup retention, cookie usage, analytics providers, subprocessors, and procedures for data-access or deletion requests.
The current application stores each destination URL, generated short code, creation time, enabled state, and aggregate click count. This technical fact is not a substitute for a complete legal policy.
